Hotel websites, booking systems and technology that work together.
We help independent hotels repair broken booking journeys, connect websites with existing PMS and channel systems, improve direct booking visibility, and quietly manage the technology behind the guest experience. Ireland and the UK, with selected European delivery.
Your guests speak more than one language. So do we. Native reviewers on every project, not machine translation shipped to production.
- 1. Who are we?
- 2. Why should you trust us?
- 3. What hotel problems do we actually solve?
- 4. How do you speak to us?
The big chains have full IT departments. Independents rarely have anyone.
Hospitality technology is one of the few industries where the buyer is expected to understand the product before they can evaluate it. That's backwards. A hotelier's expertise is guests and hospitality, not property management systems and channel manager APIs.
Independent hotels typically pick their tech from whichever consultant sold them last, then discover months later that the pieces don't talk to each other properly. The website goes to one agency. The PMS to another. IT to a third. Nobody owns the whole picture.
We think hoteliers should be able to describe their tech in plain sentences. Direct bookings are the most valuable revenue line most independent hotels have, and losing them one at a time to a slow website or a broken checkout is the most expensive quiet problem in the industry. And the person who fixes your systems should also be the person who picks up when they break at ten on a Friday night.
That's why we exist. Everything else on this page is a consequence of that.
Ten observations from almost every hotel review we run.
If two or more sound familiar, you already know where our first conversation goes.
The Book Now leads to a broken page, a stale calendar, or a checkout that quietly fails. Every guest who bounces here becomes a Booking.com reservation with a commission attached.
The renovation happened two years ago. The photos on the site are older. New guests arrive expecting a hotel that no longer exists.
Room counts, amenities, opening hours, phone number, address, all subtly different across your own site, Google Hotel and the OTAs. Guests notice. So does Google.
Someone changed the website theme, the booking widget stopped working, and nobody told the front desk. Bookings quietly stopped for weeks.
The web agency says it's the booking engine. The booking engine says it's the PMS. The PMS says it's the network. Nobody owns the whole picture.
You cannot say how many direct bookings you got last month, where they came from, or which marketing spend actually paid for itself.
The site was built four years ago on a version of WordPress that no longer receives updates. Every plugin is a possible way in.
The physical product has moved forward. The digital front door has not. Positioning and pricing suffer accordingly.
Two or three hotels crammed onto the same website. Guests are not sure where they have landed. Neither is Google.
Loads fine on your laptop. Falls over on a phone in a bar in Zagreb. Which is where most bookings actually happen.
We can look after your entire technical picture, or just the piece that's broken.

One caveat on scope. We don't sell our own PMS. We assess and integrate with whatever you already run. If yours is genuinely wrong for the business we'll say so, but a rebuild is our last recommendation, not our first.
Four steps. No surprise rebuilds.
The single biggest fear hoteliers tell us about hiring a technology partner is being sold a forty thousand euro rebuild for a four thousand euro problem. Our process is built to make that impossible.
The guest booking journey, the website, the systems that connect to it. On a call, on a shared screen, or on site if it needs to be.
The specific technical failures, the inconsistencies, the lost booking moments. Ranked by revenue impact, not by how impressive they sound written down.
A prioritised recovery plan. Fixed fee for the audit itself. Clear scope and price for each phase after that.
We implement the agreed work and manage the systems afterwards. Same senior engineer end to end. No handover to a junior pod six weeks in.
What we look at before we recommend anything.
The audit is fixed fee, private, and you get a written report to keep, whether you engage us for the remediation work or not.

Managed technology support for Baileys Hotel Cashel.
An independent four star hotel in County Tipperary with the typical mid scale hospitality tech estate. Property management system, restaurant point of sale, guest wifi, staff Microsoft 365, website hosting, and a scattered vendor map that no single person owned.
Ongoing managed technology support. Microsoft 365 administration, email security, backups, cybersecurity monitoring, vendor coordination, and the senior engineer to call role that most independent hotels never quite fill.
Published with permission from Baileys Hotel Cashel. Scope reflects work we genuinely deliver. No invented metrics. Confidential operational details are omitted on purpose.
Not everything we've built is a hotel. But every system we've built runs a business that can't stop.
Hoteliers ask us, reasonably, what hospitality adjacent work we've delivered. Here's an honest snapshot. Not all of it is public. Not all of it is a hotel. All of it is operationally critical.
Managed IT, cybersecurity monitoring, Microsoft 365, vendor coordination.
Operational systems for a working food producer. Production data, integrations, IT infrastructure.
Custom catering and ordering platform. The kind of system a hotel F&B operation runs on.
Ecommerce integrations connecting storefront, product data and finance systems.
Custom bidding platform for international sport horse sales. Bookings, KYC, live broadcast.
Multi property administration, email security, DMARC, backup and awareness training.
English, Croatian, Hungarian and German.
Independent hotels rarely trade with only Anglophone guests, and their websites shouldn't either. Our project delivery covers English natively, and Croatian, Hungarian and German for hotel website content, booking flow copy, guest communications and OTA listings. Reviewed by native speakers. Not machine translated and pushed to production hoping nobody notices.
If you serve German speaking business travellers, Croatian coastal return guests, or Hungarian corporate accounts, and your current website only talks to one of them, closing that gap is what this section exists for.

Asif Khan, founder and principal.
Ireland based. Runs the audits, scopes the projects, stays for the delivery. The person on the first call is the person on every call after it. Background across IT consulting, systems integration, cybersecurity and managing business critical infrastructure. Long enough to know what breaks, what matters, and what doesn't.
Straight answers.
Do you build websites, provide IT support, or both?+
Both, but rarely at once. Every engagement starts with a review, and we recommend the smallest useful piece of work first. Some hotels engage us for a website rebuild only. Some engage us purely for managed IT and cybersecurity. Some engage us for both, over time. What we don't do is package everything together and hand you a large quote on the first call.
Do you sell your own hotel PMS?+
No. We're deliberately PMS agnostic. We assess whichever system you already run, connect it to the rest of your estate properly, and only recommend a change if the current PMS is genuinely wrong for your business. Being vendor neutral is a feature, not a limitation.
How much does a hotel audit cost?+
Fixed fee, quoted before we begin. Typically in the low four figures for an independent single property hotel. Multi property groups are scoped separately. The audit is yours to keep. Written report, prioritised remediation plan, useful to whichever provider you choose next. It doesn't have to be us.
Do you work with hotels outside Ireland?+
Yes. We regularly deliver work in the UK and continental Europe. Croatian, Hungarian and German language projects are handled with native reviewers, not machine translation. Timezone overlap and occasional travel are the practical constraints, not language.
Will you replace our current provider?+
Only if it genuinely makes sense for the hotel. If your existing web agency, IT partner or PMS vendor is doing a good job in their scope, we work alongside them and take responsibility for the coordination layer. If they're the reason your booking flow is broken, that's a separate conversation.
What happens after go live?+
We stay. Managed hotel IT is a monthly retainer with a defined scope and response time. Same senior engineer, no ticket queues, WhatsApp available for urgent operational issues. The people who built your systems are the people who keep them running.
